Shipping Coverage

We currently ship Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Cost

Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Australia.
No minimum spend required.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes:

  • Metro areas: 3–7 business days

  • Regional & remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.


Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, carrier disruptions). Novaq is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.


Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Novaq is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
